Although she is very attached to the beauty of the moves, Helia's classes aim at personal growth and global health. Therefore, she deeply cares about her students and respects them equally, regardless to their dancing abilities.
Helia applies her Master knowledge and experience of a new holistic field, called Somatic Education, to the teaching of Belly Dance, an ancient holistic wisdom. The result is an extraordinary empowerment for her students.
