Helia offers classes at several locations on the Treasure Coast of Florida, for women of all shapes and figures. The styles of Belly Dance that inspire Helia take origin in the Mediterranean, North African and Middle Eastern dances, Raks Sharki and Beledy; her two most influential teachers were Egyptian and Lebanese. Although she is very attached to the beauty of the moves, her classes aim at personal growth and global health, through developing a strong mind/body/spirit/environment connection.
